Gonzaga College S.J. Overseas Project Zambia 2009

Last June a group of Gonzaga parents, former students, and teachers travelled with Habitat for Humanity Ireland to Zambia for two weeks to take part in their Global Village programme. This project was very successful and it is hoped that another group will undertake a similar project this year.
If you are interested in serving in the developing world, are in good health, are prepared to undertake physical work, to fundraise, are willing to live in cramped and uncomfortable conditions for two weeks, and if you are prepared to have your eyes opened to a different world, this may be for you.

Whether you are interested in volunteering to travel or helping with the organisation and fundraising at home, please note that there will be an information evening on Tuesday the 3rd of February 2009 at 6.30pm at Gonzaga College and all are welcome.
